Aziz İhsan Aktaş Suç Örgütü davasında sanıklar mütalaaya karşı savunma yaptı. Duruşmada savunma yapan Aziz İhsan Aktaş "Suçsuzluğumu sadece savunmalarımla değil, dilekçeler ve delillerle de ortaya koydum. İnanıyorum ki Türk milleti adına hüküm kuran mahkemeniz, yolsuzlukların ortaya çıkarılması adına yararlanmış olduğum etkin pişmanlık hükümleri çerçevesinde verdiğim ifademin aleyhime kullanılmasına izin vermeyecek, dosyada bulunmayan bir suçu varsaymayacak, ispatlanmamış iddiaları hükme dönüştürmeyecek, hukuku varsayımlara feda etmeyecektir" dedi.
